The Specific Plan III Amendment would add text that would enable third party mineral rights owners the ability to explore and extract mineral resources that exist for parcels located within the SP III planning area for the Mountain House Community. Also add a map figure showing the mineral rights boundary and conceptual surface entry locations within the SP III Planning area.
The three Revisions of Approved Actions applications would amend the Conditions of Approval for PA-05-144; PA-05-145; PA-06-641 (SU) to include a condition stating that a surface entry site may be provided on original parcels encumbered by third party surface entry rights to access minerals.
