The site is located within the McCloud Community Services District; water and sewer would be provided by the CSD. The project is a proposed rezone of a 15.12-acre project site from Planned Development - Commercial Highway (PD - C-H) and Commercial Highway (C-H) to Single-Family Residential (Res-1), as well as a proposed parcel map to subdivide said property into four lots, ranging in size from 2.09 to 3.04 acres, and a 4.58-acre remainder. Access to parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 would have direct access to Haul Road, and the remainder parcel would be access via Forest Road.
