The Downtown Rio Linda Special Planning Area (DRLSPA) proposes to amend the Rio Linda-Elverta Community Plan in the vicinity of Rio Linda Boulevard and M Street, and rezone properties within the project boundaries. The project area is located in the northern portion of Sacramento County, east of Highway 99 and north of Elkhorn Boulevard, along M Street between 2nd Street on the west to Curved Bridge Road on the east, extending northwest and southeast along Front Street to Dabney Avenue on the north and L Street on the south.
