The project proposes the construction of 134 new hotel rooms and ancillary uses, known as The Commons, on a 9.3 acre parcel of land located adjacent to the existing Meritage hotel. The project also includes circulation upgrades and the construction of a new approximately 10,000 Sf Exhibition Hall on the existing hotel site. The project is proposed as two phases with The Commons as Phase One and the new exhibition hall/circulation upgrades as Phase Two.
