A use permit to construct a 12,840 sf office/warehouse building with 10,840 sf for office use and the remaining 2,000 sf for car rentals. Project includes associated improvements landscaping, lighting, signage storm drainage, widening of Truckee Tahoe Airport Road, and 322 parking spaces for the office use, rental car parking and long term airport parking. Approximately 130 employees will work at the site.
