Document Description
The project applicant proposes to construct a 169-room hotel intended to serve the technology corridor of Highway 101 (US 101). The four-story hotel would occupy a 147,668 sf (approximately 3.39-acre) lot set at the southeast corner of the intersection of Shoreway Road and Cormorant Drive. The proposed building would have a footprint of 22,675 sf and would provide a total building area of 91,465 sf, resulting in a floor area ratio (FAR) of 0.62. The project site is currently zoned M-1 Limited Manufacturing and it would be rezoned to C-3 Highway Commercial as part of the project approvals.
