Document Description
The Cross Valley Canal Extension is an existing earthen-lined canal that extends from approximately on-quarter mil east of Coffee Road and terminates at the Kern County Water Agency's Henry C. Garnett Water Purification Plant in Bakersfield, California in the County or Kern. The CVC Extension is earthen lined along its approximately three-mile length. The Cross Valley Canal Extension Lining Project proposes to line the CVC Extension with concrete to eliminate seepage losses.
