Document Description
The proposed project consists of installation of a nitrate removal treatment facility, operations building, and pump assembly to re-activate CVWD's Well 2, which was out of service since 1976. The project will include a submersible pump and motor, a small operations building with chlorination room and electrical room on a concrete pad, a nitrate removal treatment facility within a covered area on a concrete pad, chlorination feed system with sodium hypochlorite solution, electrical system to provide power for the pump and nitrate removal treatment facility, telemetry system, above ground discharge piping with flow meter, underground discharge piping to waste and asphaltic concrete paving and on-site improvements.
