Document Description
The applicant is proposing to construct and operate an unmanned wireless telecommunication facility (cell tower). The proposed cell tower will be a 110-foot lattice tower, with new Verizon antennas to be located at a centerline height of 106 feet. The cell tower site will include an equipment shelter that will house all equipment, a generator and an eight-foot high split face block wall that will enclose the entire leased area (40' x 40' leased area: 1,600 sf). The applicant has also applied for a variance to increase the height from 75 feet to 110 feet for coverage and colocation ability.
