Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0197-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, USL2 Oceanside G.O., LLC. Project will construct three planning areas consisting of mixed-use and residential development. Portions of two ephemeral streams within the project area will be filled and replaced with storm drain infrastructure to establish building pads. The project also includes the construction of four storm drain outfall structures within streams in the project area. To compensate for the 0.14 acre of permanent stream impacts, Permittee will purchase a minimum of 0.32 Credit from a CDFW-approved mitigation bank.
