Document Description
A request for approval of a General Plan Amendment (GPA13-00003), two Zone Amendments (ZA13-00004 and ZA15-00001), a Tentative Map (T13-00006), Development Plan (D13-00011), and a Conditional Use Permit (CUP15-00003) for the future development of a 70.6 acre parcel into a mixed-use community divided into three distinct neighborhoods ("Planning Areas"). Planning Area 1, would consist of development of 9.7 acres with horizontal mixed use, with up to 86 three-story townhomes and a single two story 20,000 sf commercial/office building. Planning Area 2, located on 8.4 acres would consist of approximately 44 two-story single-family homes. Planning Area 3, located on 19.4 acres would contain up to 115 three-story townhomes and 58 two-story single-family homes. Lot A would preserve approximately 31.7 acres in Natural Open Space.
