The proposed infrastructure improvements include the installation of sidewalks, ramps, curb and gutters, driveways, and cross gutters. Curb returns will be placed along the south side of Lincoln Avenue, between Eighth Street and Sixth Street, the west side of Sixth Street Between Pico Avenue and Lincoln Avenue, and the east and west sides of Seventh Street between Pico Avenue and Lincoln Avenue.
