The District is proposing to expand the existing Community College facilities. The proposed project would add ~4,398 full time equivalent students. Enrollment is assumed to be balanced at full build-out between daytime and nighttime students (50/50). Daytime classes typically would be scheduled between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., and nighttime classes between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. The future Campus improvements may also accommodate other nighttime activities such as commencement, sports, musical, and community events. The Campus improvements would consist of the construction of new school facility buildings, a football stadium, baseball diamond, fitness center/gymnasium, and soccer field, and staff, student, and visitor parking facilities.
