The County has chosen to develop a progressive permitting system, Alternative Review for Agricultural Grading, designed to offer more flexibility to agriculturalists engaged in smaller grading projects. This project qualified. The project will grade new unpaved agricultural road of approximately 0.4 miles for access to an agricultural well. Less than 1 acre will be impacted. The road will include one crossing of a minor unnamed drainage. Construction will take place between September - October 2015.
