Document Description
The proposed project consists of the installation of welded steel liners in an approximately 5,750 foot portion of Pipeline 4. The relining is performed underground, within the existing pipeline, with workers and equipment accessing the interior of the pipeline through excavated portals spaced out along the pipeline alignment, and existing vaults and valve structures. Other above-ground activities include equipment storage and worker activity at a staging yard on the east side of the reservoir property. All work would be confined to the Water Authority ROW and lands owned by the City.
