Document Description
The proposed project consists of the installation of welded steel liners in an approximately 5,750 foot portion of Pipeline 4 (P4) on the eastern side of Lake Murray. The refining is performed underground, within the existing pipeline. Worker and equipment access to pipeline interior established by excavation of three access portals spaced out along the pipeline alignment. All work would be confined to right-of-way of the Water Authority and the City of San Diego.
