Amenities include: outdoor swimming pool, fire pits, and barbeque patio surrounded by noise wall; guest laundry; fitness room; breakfast buffet room with tables and serving areas; breakfast patio; and a meeting/multi-purpose room. Occupancy would be 221 persons, including 206 guests and 15 employees. Onsite parking spaces include: 117 vehicular, 6 motorcycle, and 8 bicycle. Project includes onsite landscaping, signage, exterior lighting, and stormwater management. Estimated ground disturbance: 2.84 acres.
