Occupancy would be 221 persons, including 206 guests and 15 employees. Onsite parking spaces include: 117 vehicular, 6 motorcycle, and 8 bicycle. Project includes onsite landscaping, signage, exterior lighting, and stormwater management. Estimated ground disturbance: 2.84 acres.
