CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0175-R6 (Revision 1), pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Hillwood Enterprises, LP. The Sycamore Canyon Business Park Warehouse Project includes the construction of a 1,012,995-sq. ft. distribution center, a 362,174-sq. ft. logistics/industrial building, associated parking lots and stalls, an access/maintenance road, and a trail.
