The Carroll Canyon Mixed Use project proposes the redevelopment of an existing office complex with a mixed use project that would include 260 multi-family residential units and approximately 12,200 sf of retail/restaurant space. The existing 81,600 sf office building and associated facilities would be demolished and replaced the above development.
