Document Description
The project involves the addition of a spray painting booth and associated vehicle preparation activities in conjunction with an existing automotive repair building of an existing automobile repair building of an existing automobile dealership that includes automotive sales, repair and maintenance functions, in the C4-1LD and P-1LD Zones. The spray painting booth will be approximately 400 sf and the vehicle dismantling and preparation services associated with the body shop and spray paint booth uses will be approximately 2,750 sf. The new functions will replace an existing 3,115 sf service bay area in the northwest corner of the property in one of the existing buildings on site. No new floor area is being added to the site, as all construction will be a tenant improvement within an existing structure.
