This project includes a proposed modification of the City of India's (City) Sphere of Influence for approximately 270 acres located east of Jackson Street, north of Avenue 52, and south of Avenue 50 (project site) in Indio, California. The project site consists of two adjacent contiguous sites, referred to as Southeastern Sphere 1 and Southeastern Sphere II. The project also includes a change in land use and zoning of the project site to align with the City's General Plan.
