Document Description
The City, as lead agency, has prepared an EIR for the proposed University Neighborhood Specific Plan (NSP), proposed One Eleven Development Code (which includes policy guidance, development standards, and design guidelines for the Hwy 111 corridor) and the proposed 2015 General Plan Update (together, the proposed Project: Project). The project encompasses future community development plans from now until 2040, and provides long-term planning guidelines for the City's growing population.
