Document Description
The Happy Hill project is the construction of a 1,100 foot long and 10-foot wide paved pedestrian pathway along the westerly side of the existing Civic Center parking lot, from the USFS boundary on the south, connecting to the parking lot on the north. The path will contain amenities of trailhead signs, four gravel picnic nooks, bench seating and trash and dog waste receptacles. An existing 900 sf building will be renovated into a public restroom.
