Document Description
The Vista Grande component includes the demolition of the existing 20,000 sf dining facility, and the construction of a 39,000 sf dining facility including approx. 33,000 sf of dining facilities, 5,000 sf of office space, and a 1,500 sf market. Includes landscaping, planter boxes, and access paving. The disturbance area is approximately 1.5 acres, including the excavation of 2,000 cubic yards of soil and import of 1,000 cubic yards of fill. The Culinary Support Center component includes the demolition of 4,150 sf of an existing warehouse, and construction of a 4,000 northern expansion and 8,059 sf southeastern expansion. Project includes replacement of existing 400 ft of sewer line. The disturbance area is approximately 0.5 acre, including the excavation of 800 cubic yards of soil and import of 800 cubic yards of fill.
