Present Land Use
The subject parcel is currently vacant land which is located within a subdivision of residential lots and is adjacent to the Morongo Indian Reservation.
Michelle J. Harris, an unmarried woman, as her sole and separate property. Containing ~0.83 acres. The purpose for which the land will be used once placed into trust will be for Indian housing, land consolidation and protection of the land to insure the land integrated back into the Morongo Indian Reservation. Ms. Harris eventually plans to build a home on the property after the trust application process is complete.
