Document Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitiation (CDCR) will be relocating the Redding Parole Office to the above stated location. Currently, parole office staff is temporarily housed in the Red Bluff Parol Office pending lease of a permanent location. The location on Hemsted Drive is zoned for office use and there will be no increase inoccupancy or parking beyond the existing levels. The lessor will make tenant improvements to accommodate the office operations prior to occupancy. The use is consistent with local zoning requlations.
