Document Description
The project is limited to one existing stream diversion for direct use and to storage from unnamed tributary to Salmon Creek. The work includes use and maintenance of water diversion structure to supply water for domestic use. Two other points of diversion exist on the parcel. Well No. 2 was determined to be in jurisdictional Waters of the State, but under current conditions this diversion was determined to not be substantial.
