Document Description
The project involves decommissioning 1.0 miles of Forest Service Road (FSR) 3127-010-16 and 0.5 miles of unauthorized routes. Decommissioning the road and routes comprises tilling compacted soils, reestablishing natural landscape contour, stabilizing and disturbed area, and using local materials (e.g., rocks, logs and earthen berms) to block the routes. Additionally, native conifers and/or shrubs will be planted within the disturbed areas to augment restoration efforts.
