Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0026-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Hidden Valley Community Association. Routine maintenance work, as described in this agreement includes the following: removing debris, vegetation, rubbish, downed trees, and other material that could obstruct the natural flow; controlling weeds, grasses, emergent vegetation, and woody vegetation; repairing and maintaining culverts, bridges, and small structures; making repairs to control erosion and stabilize banks; and other work necessary to maintain the functional and structural integrity of waterways.
