Exchange and transfer of approximately 9.3 acres of environmentally sensitive lands in El Dorado County to the California Tahoe Conservancy in exchange for 1,285 acres of Conservancy owned public access and environmentally sensitive lands in El Dorado and Placer Counties. The exchange and transfer will consolidate state ownership and increase management efficiency. There is no development associated with this transfer at this time.
