Document Description
The project consists of executing an amendment to the BV-7 Turnout Agreement allowing BVWSD to decommission and remove the existing BV-7 Turnout on the California Aqueduct because the newly constructed BV-8 Turnout was designed to replace the BV-7 Turnout. According to the BV-8 Turnout Agreement, the BV-7 Turnout must be abandoned within 120 days after DWR's approval of the BV-7 Turnout decommissioning plans. Project beneficiaries are BVWSD and its customers.
