Document Description
Harris Farms, LLC (Harris) is a landowner who has farming operations in WWD's service area. In 2014, Harris and Semitropic Water Storage District (Semitropic), a member unit of KCWA, agreed to a water exchange of up to 4,627 af pursuant to the 2014 Petition to State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) to consolidate the SWP and CVP places of use which expired on April 30, 2015, and 3,055 af remains to be returned to WWD in 2015-16. This return was included in a new 2015-16 petition to SWRCB effective on May 1, 2015.
