* Renovate the existing kitchen into storage space.
* Demolish the existing laundry and female housing unit.
* An addition of a new kitchen, laundry, inmate intake area, new program space for inmate classrooms and other rehabilitation programs and a new 40-bed female housing unit totaling 22,500 square feet.
