Document Description
Remediate all unpermitted activities and restore the habitat back to its previous condition. This includes removing the fence that has been installed along the centerline of the creek. All asphalt and debris pushed over the north bank of the creek will be removed and disposed of off-site and outside the stream. The approximately 250 linear feet of fill placed on the bank where the fence has been constructed will be pulled back from the creek and realigned in a natural alignment.
