Document Description
The proposed project is for the purpose of adopting Resolution 2909 to establish wastewater rates and charges for fiscal year 2015-2016 ("resolution 2909"). Resolution 2909 is necessary because the revenue generated from current rates at the La Sierra, WWRF West, and Murrieta service areas is insufficient to cover operating expenses based on Western Municipal Water District's fiscal year 2015-2016 Operating Budget. New wastewater rates and charges would go into effect for all customer bill statements issued on or after September 15, 2015.
