Document Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) will be replacing the existing built-up roofing, plywood deck, damaged, dry rotted roof structure and roofing materials, roof support framing and wood support columns at California Men's Colony (CMC) reservoir number one. The project includes installation of new fiberglass reinforced support columns and bases, rebuilding roof framing members, and installation of a new membrane roof and flashing over a new structural plywood desk. In addition, the exterior walls will be rehabilitated and new metal siding added. New gutters, rainwater collection and discharge system will be installed.
