Document Description
Phillips 66 will drill 5 soil borings to a depth of about 25 feet each along the embankment for testing. Borings will be backfilled with cement slurry to the preproject ground elevation. Soil cuttings and core samples will be placed into a truck and sent for testing. Phillips 66 and State Water Project Contractors will benefit.
