Document Description
This event will include camping for up to 10,000 in the developed campground. Friday they will have VIP concerts for up to 10,000 on Moreno Beach; Saturday they will have 5 stages of music for up to 20,000 in the same Moreno Beach area. All stages, paths, routes, equipment will be in existing day use and campground facilities. All plans have been approved by the State Fire Marshall, Riverside County Sheriff, Riverside County EMS, and both bordering cities. Noise study analysis shows music will be contained within the park. The majority or parking will be offsite at a nearby fairgrounds facility. ADA parking will be closer to the venue with ADA paths for camping and event access. DPR-approved standard project requirements have been incorporated into this project.
