Document Description
The scope of this project is to construct eleven single slope car port structures in three locations within the district administrative complex. The purpose is to provide shelter for state equipment and act as a platform for solar panels in the future. All work is to be conducted within existing paved parking areas. DPR-approved standard project requirements have been incorporated into this project.

No potential for significant impact to the environment is anticipated in compliance with CEQA 15300.2. If the project is implemented as indicated within the CDPR Project Evaluation Form including measures provided by CDPR staff, then it is exempt under the CDPR List of Exempt activities according to CEQA 15300.4 as:
Class 3, Sec 15303-New construction or conversion of small structures
- Construction or installation of park facilities kiosks, restrooms, small parking lots, interpretive signing or panels, fencing signs, above ground fuel and water tanks, mobile home pads with utility comedians, camp host sites, fending and gates, boat launching facilities, concessionaire structures, and tent cabins.
