The Project amends the Municipal Code Chapter 153 to allow for consideration of green energy production and/or distribution in the Community Commercial (CC) Zoning District with Approval of a Conditional Use Permit. The purpose of the Project is to consider and permit new technologies that reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
