Document Description
The Project amends the Municipal Code Chapter 153 to allow natural gas fueling dispensers as an accessory use in all zoning districts, and natural gas fueling dispensers and electric vehicle charging stations within required setbacks in all zoning districts. The project removes regulatory barriers for green energy projects.
