A pavement rehabilitation project to place one inch of Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt overlay. Construction includes a cold plane and overlay from pavement edge to pavement edge with dig-outs where necessary and 1 foot of shoulder backing at various locations. All work to occur within the existing right of way.
