Document Description
Caltrans proposes a pavement surface restoration project to Chip Seal with a Polymer Modified Emulsion. Construction includes cleaning the roadway, removing traffic paint from pavement edge to pavement edge, application of the chip seal and restriping the highway traffic lanes. No new right of way required.
