Document Description
The project is limited to the installation of a water line for a residence by excavating an open trench from Elk Mountain Road across Middle Creek to an existing well. The portion of the trench impacting the stream zone will be approximately 2 feet wide by 5 feet deep by 800 feet long. Once the water line is installed, the trench will be backfilled with the excavated material and compacted. No vegetation will be removed as part of the project.
