Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0062-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ms. Viona Epperson-Beyries. The project is limited to placement of up to 12 metal chain links posts under and adjacent to the railcar bridge leading to the residence, placement of chainlink over existing pilings and new chainlink posts, and laying up to 36, cubic yards of rip-rap under and surrounding the railcar bridge. The project also includes removal of downed trees and debris within 200 feet of the bridge up and downstream and removal of live trees within the streambed less than 4 inches diameter at breast height in an area less than 200 sq. ft. Construction equipment will include a tractor, loader, power auger, chainsaw, and hand tools. No vehicles will be in the streambed.
