Document Description
Caltrans proposes a maintenance project that would involve a 0.10-ft rubberized asphalt overlay with shoulder backing. The Purpose of the project is to increase the usable life of the roadway and to maintain a safe travelway for the public. The project is needed because the existing roadway is in disrepair.
