Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0018-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ms. Joanie Wane.
The project is limited to installation of a water diversion offset well to be installed adjacent to Tompkins Creek. The location of the structure is within the gravel bar at some unspecified depth below the low flow water surface elevation. Equipment access to the gravel bar will be necessary to conduct installation on the offset well. Installation will require gravel extraction, installation of the seep well, and backfilling and re-contouring of the installation site. No equipment will cross the active channel to conduct the maintenance activities. No riparian vegetation or trees will be removed to conduct this installation.

The project proposes to install a water diversion intake. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
