Document Description
The project proposes to determine subsurface soil and groundwater conditions at the site of the proposed El Capitan State Beach replacement lifeguard operations facility. Investigations will include borings to identify soil composition at the project site. The result will provide recommendations for grading and foundation support of the proposed structure, buried utilities and other improvements.
In addition, archaeological testing shall determine the presence/absence of subsurface archaeological deposits within the project area.
