Document Description
The proposed project is a Tideland Use and Occupancy Permit (TUOP) to Carnitas Snack III, LLC (Tenant) for their short-term use of approximately 750 square feet of land area in front of B Street Pier in San Diego, California. The area proposed for use under this TUOP will be used only and exclusively for the purpose of a walk-up food truck and quick-service, beverage service (excluding alcoholic beverages unless pre-approved in writing by the District for special events only with Tenant providing a liquor license for the event), queuing, and a maximum of four tables with no more than a total of sixteen chairs, and for no other purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of the Executive Director of District.
