Document Description
The proposed project is a tideland use and occupancy permit (TUOP) to T-Mobile West, LLC (Tenant) for their use of approximately 500 square feet of area located on top of the public parking garage located at 801 Harbor Drive in the City of San Diego, adjacent to the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. The project includes the placement of a cell-on-wheels ("COW") with three antennas and microwaves for up to three months. The COW is proposed to be a total height of 39 feet and will include an equipment cabinet (approximately 4.25 feet length x 2.25 feet width x 4.75 feet height) that will sit on top of the trailer that holds the COW.The project will temporarily remove three parking spaces on top of the parking garage.
